Library pages
Your Library holds the pages you reuse, like your letter to clients, About us, and what to expect. Edit them here and every new proposal starts with your version.

- 1Pages marked In new proposals go into every new proposal. Click to turn this on or off.
- 2Open the page to change its words.
Edit a page
Click Edit on a page. It opens looking the way it prints, and you change it the same way as in the editor. Use + Add… to add a heading, paragraph, list, photos or customer reviews. Grey text is sample text and won’t print until you replace it, or choosePrint the sample text as is from its ⋯ menu.
Choose which pages start every proposal
A page marked In new proposals ✓ goes into every new proposal. Click Use in new proposals on any other page to add it. The rest are listed under Not in new proposals, and you can still add them to any proposal from the editor’s + Add a page.
The cover and the scope of work are on every proposal and are built from the job, so they aren’t edited here.
Add a page of your own
Click + Add a page at the top right of the Library and choose a blank page or a design page. You can also save any page from a proposal: open its ⋯ in the editor and choose Save page to my pages.
Welcome guides work a little differently. Their pages live in a template instead of the Library. See The welcome guide.
