Upload the estimate you already made
A PDF, a spreadsheet, or the export from your estimating software. We read it and show you what we found before any of it is used: the total first, checked against the total printed on your file, then the lines, then the words your estimate carries beyond prices — exclusions, payment terms, notes.
Every price is carried over exactly as written and checked word for word against your file. Anything we could not read against your document is flagged for you rather than guessed at. A scanned file — a photograph of a page, with no text in it — imports with every price flagged, because nothing in a picture can be checked.
Describe the work instead
No estimate to hand? Say what the job is in your own words and give the prices you want to charge. The draft is built around them. It never invents a number — the prices on the page are only ever the ones you gave it.
Copy a proposal you sent before
The fastest door once you have sent a few. Pick a past proposal and choose what carries over: the pages and the way they read, with or without the old job’s prices. You land in the editor on the new job, with the shape of one that already worked.
What happens to a price after that
It is yours. Change any number, any time, and the totals follow — changing a price covers how the money on a page fits together.
