Finishwork turns the estimate you already made into a proposal with your logo and colors, and sends your client a private link to read it on their phone. If you're new, start with your first proposal. Everything else is in the list on the left.

How it works

  1. Start a project

    Each job is a project. The proposal goes inside it, along with anything else you send that client later.

  2. Bring in the work

    Upload the estimate you already made, copy a proposal you sent before, or describe the job in your own words. Prices are copied exactly as you wrote them.

  3. Make it yours

    Change any wording, photos or prices. The totals update on their own.

  4. Check it and send it

    A quick check before it goes out, then you text or email your client a private link. You’ll see when they open it. If you edit it later, your client doesn’t see the changes until you update what they see.

We set it up with you

When you join, we set up your logo, colors, template and usual pages with you, so your first proposal already looks like yours. You can change any of it later under Company and Library, or tell us what you want changed and we’ll do it.
